Salone Talk provides a calling card service and we have developed the Salone Talk website to provide you with access to these services. We understand your need for privacy when using the web for your communication, so we have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate how committed and focused we are about protecting customers and visitors private information. This statement describes the way in which we collect and manage information in a confidential manner.
1. NOTICE
When dealing with Salone Talk you will be asked to provide us with your personal information, that allows us to identify and contact you, when you register to use our calling card service. We will use your personal information for processing, billing purposes. Unless you instruct us not to Salone Talk may also use your information regarding additional or new services and features offered or important information regarding Salone Talk. We may provide your personal information to our vendors who assist in processing the information. Salone Talk requires such vendors to enter into agreements, prohibiting disclosure of the information to others and restricting its use.
2. CHOICE
Salone Talk will not use your Personal Information for any Third Party or Secondary Uses unless you choose to participate. You can stop the delivery of informational or promotional mail from us by following the instructions included in the informational or promotional mail itself.
3. ACCESS
When you register to use Salone Talk calling card services we will send you a confirmation of your registration showing the Personal Information that we obtained from your registration. Also, we will take reasonable steps to give you the opportunity to correct inaccuracies in the Personal Information we retain concerning you and delete Personal Information concerning you upon your request.
4. SECURITY
The Personal Information that we collect from you is stored in operating environments that employ reasonable security measures and that are not available to the general public. Salone Talk is not responsible for unauthorized access to such information by hackers or others that obtain access through illegal measures, in the absence of negligence on the part of Salone Talk. You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of PIN codes that Salone Talk issues to you. If you believe that a third party has obtained the information in an unauthorised manner, please notify us promptly.
5. COMPLAINTS
If at any time you believe that we have acted contrary to this Privacy Policy, please notify us and we will take steps to investigate and will use reasonable measures to remedy the problem.
6. DISCLOSURE FOR LEGAL PURPOSES
Personal Information may be disclosed if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary: (a) to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, (b) to protect and defend our rights or property or those of our users, (c) to protect the personal safety of our users or the public, or (d) in connection with a merger, consolidation or sale of substantial assets of Salone Talk. Also, in the event that Salone Talk or substantially all of its assets are acquired, Personal Information will be one of the transferred assets.

By default the SaloneTalk website does not require the use of cookies, neither do we store information about you using cookies. You can browse our website with cookies turned off on your browser.
We only store information about you using cookies when you Log-in as a customer and connect to our client database. This process ensures that while connected to our database you do not have to type your password on every single click until you log out or the session times out. Only customers who require access to our client database will need to enable cookies for their session.
If you prefer, you can set your browser to refuse cookies, however, you may not be able to take full advantage of the functionality of the SaloneTalk Client Database and Services if you do so. If you want to delete any cookies that are already on your computer, please refer to the instructions for your file management software to locate the file or directory that stores cookies. 9. LINKS ON THE SITE
The Salone Talk site may contain banner advertisements and hyperlinks that lead to other third party websites. Any links are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you decide to follow these links, be aware that Salone Talk does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites content or practices. Entering these sites is at your own risk and they may encounter different privacy and security practices, so you should familiarise yourself with those practices.
10. MODIFICATIONS
On occasions this privacy policy maybe modified to reflect any company changes or comments made by customers. We would advice you to review this policy regularly to be aware of how Salone Talk is protecting your personal information.
